Contact and accuracy

Corrections and stopping contact

Public-source research can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. This page explains the current manual route for correcting it or asking us not to contact you.

If you receive outreach from us

Reply directly to that message with “stop” or any clear request not to be contacted. A reply to any external outreach is the most reliable current way to identify the message and ask that future contact stop.

The current product does not send outreach automatically and does not claim an automated unsubscribe or suppression system. Any stop-contact request must be reviewed and actioned by a person before further manual outreach.

Requesting a correction

When a working channel is available, include enough detail for a person to find and assess the public claim:

  • the product or organization name and the relevant public URL;
  • the specific statement you believe is incorrect or should not be used; and
  • a public source, correction, or context that supports the change, if you have one.

We do not promise automatic removal, automatic erasure, or a fixed turnaround time in this pre-launch build. Requests can be recorded and reviewed manually; the published data retention limit remains on the Privacy & data limitspage.

Contact channel

Email privacy@partnerradar.app for a factual correction, an access-request question, or a request to stop contact. Do not send credentials, customer data, or other sensitive information.

No active contact form

There is intentionally no contact form on this page: this build cannot truthfully confirm that a message has been delivered to an operating team. The access-request form is limited to invite review and does not create a support, correction, or deletion request.
